FEES:

Pre-registrations are required. Advertised discounted registration fees are valid until the day before the program.  All fees paid at the door require an additional fee whether or not a call or email indicating interest in a program has been received.

REGISTERED INTERN PACKAGE DEAL BY PHONE:

Florida Laws and Rules, Domestic Violence: A Clinical Perspective, and HIV/AIDS are $270 separately. Pay only $215 when you register online for the package. Take live courses that meet your needs and your schedule. SAVE $ more by registering with friends (see next paragraph). Call 954-801-4101 for details.

DISCOUNTED FEES:

DISCOUNTS are automatically applied to registrations for multiple courses held on the same day. Just add the courses to the shopping cart and see your discount applied each time.

Increasing discount rates are allowed for two to five (2-5) registrations submitted at the same time and with a single payment, 6-10 people qualify for higher discount and >11 people the highest discount. In order for any discount to be applied you must CALL and arrange the registrations for all individuals over the phone.

No discounts will be applied to payments made at the door. Occasionally you may find that a specific workshop location and date requires a different fee than our standard rates. This difference may be related to our agreement with a sponsoring agency.

PARTICIPANT REQUESTED CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFERS:

Your cancellation request must be in writing and be postmarked at least 15 days in advance of the beginning of the program to receive a refund minus a $25 administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made after this 15 day deadline.

Instead of canceling, if space is available in another workshop, transfer of registration fees already paid can be made to the next training date for no additional fee.  Transfer of a paid registration to an alternative participant is permitted for a $25 transfer fee.

ADA ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. If you require ADA accommodations, please contact Dr. Waltz at least two weeks before the seminar date and prior to registering for any currently scheduled workshops so that arrangements can be made.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Bagels or muffins, fresh fruit salad, coffee, tea, snacks and all printed materials. Recording of your CEUs on www.CEBroker.com will be completed for you records of attendance maintained no less than seven years.  One original CEU Certificate for your files.  Duplicate CEU Certificates are $10.00.
